1. Policy and Philosophy Documentation
A careful evaluation and documentation of the client’s desires, plans, and needs will result in a specific policy statement that will guide the client toward successful investment management.

2. Asset Allocation and Strategy Report
A diagram of the client’s operating structure of investment entities, which will outline all assumptions relevant to the client, summarize all issues related to asset management, and provide strategic and tactical recommendations.

3. Investment Manager Selection
CGS will recommend investment managers and facilitate their review and selection by the client.

4. Investment Monitoring and Reporting
CGS will provide active monitoring of results, performance measurement, and alert the client to any contrarion actions to the mandate and/or contract of the client.

5. Special Search Services
CGS will maintain an active review of any additional investments which will add value to the investor. CGS will also provide or contract for due diligence services as needed to assist the more entrepreneurial investor.

6. Capital Opportunity Partnerships
CGS will also make available the formation of partnerships with its clients to create, manage, and provide specific investment services.

7. Family Office Operations
CGS will also provide as needed consultation for family office operations, including tax and estate planning, systems controls, cash management, and policy evaluations, etc.

CGS Fees

Fees are negotiated and based on the degree of asset complexity, client experience and sophistication, and time management expectations.
